What we do for men.
Not a separate menu with different words on it. The same treatments, priced for what each one takes, and a few — the waxing especially — adjusted for a man’s body.
Massage
Head, neck and shoulders, foot and leg, full body, Indian head, and hot stone therapy added to any of them. Tell your therapist how firm you want it and where the trouble is — a shoulder that has been giving you grief, a lower back that has had enough of the drive.
Facial & skin care
Our men’s facial is the Environ Essential deep cleanse, an hour long. Anti-ageing and back cleanse treatments are available too. Sun, salt and wind take more off a face down here than most people expect, and the skin consultation before it is free.
Waxing
Back, chest, legs (half or full), arms, brows, and nose or ear. Hot wax on the stubborn areas, strip wax over the larger ones. If it is your first time say so and your therapist will work in smaller sections and tell you what she is doing before she does it.
Mani’s & pedi’s
A full mani or pedi includes an exfoliating scrub, moisturiser and a light massage — it is far less fussy and far more useful than it sounds, particularly on feet that have done a summer of barefoot. Mediheel and paraffin dip can be added, and the express version takes half an hour.

Nobody here is going to make a fuss.
The most common thing we hear from men afterwards is that they wish they had come in years ago. A few things worth knowing before you do:
You do not need to know what to ask for
Describe the problem — a sore shoulder, feet that are cracking, hair you would rather not have — and your therapist will tell you what will actually help and what will not.
Say if it is your first time
Especially for waxing. She will go in smaller sections and explain each step before it happens rather than after. It genuinely makes a difference.
Thirty minutes is a real option
An express mani or pedi, a half-hour neck and shoulder massage, a brow or nose wax. You do not have to set aside an afternoon to get something worthwhile done.

Is there a separate men’s room?
No — same treatment room, same therapists, same everything. Only the door and the appointment are yours for the hour.
Which massage should I book?
If a specific spot is bothering you, back, neck and shoulder for 30 or 45 minutes. If you train, sport or deep tissue at 60 minutes. If you just want to switch off, a full body.
Does a back wax hurt?
It is not nothing. It is also over quickly, and your therapist will work in sections and talk you through it if you say it is your first time. Most men book the second one without hesitating.
What is in a men’s facial?
An hour of the Environ Essential deep cleanse, at R550. If you would rather work out what your skin needs first, the skin consultation is free and takes a few minutes.
Is a pedicure really worth it?
If you have spent a summer barefoot, yes. A full pedicure includes an exfoliating scrub, moisturiser and a light massage, and mediheel can be added for heels that have properly cracked.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know as early as you can. No-shows and cancellations inside 24 hours carry a 50% surcharge — it is a small salon, and a missed slot is one nobody else could book.
