If you are not sure which of these you need, book the consultation first — it is free, it takes a few minutes, and it means the facial you do book is the right one. Everything here is done with Environ or Lamelle professional products.
Skin consultation
A proper look at your skin and an honest conversation about what it needs and what it does not. No charge and no obligation to book anything afterwards. If the answer is that your skin is fine and you should save your money, we will say so.
Deep cleanse
A multi-step treatment: cleansing, exfoliation using steam, a face mask, a gentle facial massage, and a nourishing moisturiser to finish. The one to book when your skin feels congested rather than troubled.
Anti-ageing
Procedures that aim to tighten the skin, restore elasticity and reduce the prominence of wrinkles. Ours is the Environ Essential anti-ageing facial, done with the DF machine over ninety minutes.
Moisture boost
For skin that has been drying out — a winter of wind off the water, a summer of sun, or simply skin that drinks everything you put on it and asks for more. Available in both the Environ and Lamelle ranges.
Focus care
The Environ Focus On treatment: half an hour aimed at one particular concern rather than a full facial. Good as a top-up between longer treatments, or when time is short.
Back cleanse
Impurities and congestion cleared away from the back to leave clean skin and pores, using a cleansing lotion followed by a hydrating moisturiser. Includes a mask, scrub and massage. Book it before a wedding, or before summer.
Facial massage
Forty-five minutes of facial massage on its own, without the full facial around it. Quietly one of the nicest things on this list, and a good choice if your skin is happy but you are tired.
When a facial is not quite enough
Going a little further.
These are the stronger treatments. All of them are decided at your consultation rather than booked blind — your skin, your history and the time of year all change what is sensible.
Facial peel
A chemical solution applied to the face to remove the top layers of dead skin cells, for a more rejuvenated profile and better product penetration. Best kept up every four to six weeks rather than done once and left.
Dermaplaning
Available on its own for forty-five minutes, or added on to a facial. Your therapist will confirm at the consultation whether it suits your skin.
Dermapen
Ninety minutes, and our most advanced skin treatment. Booked after a consultation, never before one.
Lamelle & Cool Peel
The Lamelle Lactiferm peel runs forty-five minutes; the Cool Peel facial is priced by depth and what your skin can take. Both are chosen with your therapist rather than off a menu.

Please be on time. It means you get the full length of your treatment, and the person after you gets theirs. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment carry a 50% surcharge.

Is the skin consultation really free?
It is. There is no charge and no obligation to book a treatment afterwards.
Which products do you use?
Environ and Lamelle, both professional ranges. Which one suits you is part of what the consultation settles.
How often should I have a facial peel?
Every four to six weeks to maintain the results. A single peel will do something; a course of them does considerably more.
Do you do men’s facials?
Yes — an hour at R550, using the Environ Essential deep cleanse.
Are teens welcome?
Very. A teen deep cleanse facial is R330 for 45 minutes, and it is often the first thing that helps.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know as early as you can. No-shows and cancellations inside 24 hours carry a 50% surcharge — it is a small salon, and a missed slot is one nobody else could book.
